Nvoi Ltd. (NVO:ASX), an Australian-based talent platform, announced that its subsidiary JXT, has signed a new three-year contract with PersolKelly, the joint venture between Kelly Services and Persol Holdings.

JXT is a digital marketing solutions provider for recruiters and corporate hiring teams based in Australia.

The contract will see JXT provide recruitment website management (comprising management and support of recruiter specific websites, job board functionality, content management systems, data management, hosting and integrations, all with unique configurations by region) and professional services to PersolKelly's global markets, including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Taiwan, Indonesia, India, South Korea, Philippines, Hong Kong, China and Vietnam.

The agreement is for a three-year term at a fixed fee for the agreed services plus a one-off project fee for professional services with potential for additional services outside of the agreed scope. Nvoi said the agreement is otherwise on terms and conditions customary for an agreement of this nature, including provisions for confidentiality, IP protection, security requirements and data protection, privacy and service levels.
