Workforce solutions company Pontoon (part of Adecco) have announced the appointment of Rishi Kapoor as President of their APAC division. Mr Rishi will be responsible for driving sales and operational delivery for Pontoon across India, China, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australasia, and the broader Asia Region.

Mr Rishi was previously Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing in Asia Pacific for Pontoon. He joined Pontoon in 2011 with over 15 years of Sales and Marketing experience across diverse industry sectors; including financial services, technology and outsourcing. His experience includes leadership positions with the ManpowerGroup, Dell, Convergys and General Electric that have seen him live and work in India, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore and the USA.

Neil Jones, previous President for APAC for Pontoon has accepted a new role as the Australia and New Zealand Country Manager for the Adecco Group brands. In this role, Mr Jones will continue to be closely aligned with the Pontoon team as a key strategic partner in his markets.
