Asia Pacific – MyNavi invests in AbleJobs

07 December 2022

Japan-based MyNavi, a company that provides worker dispatch services and HR services, announced that it has invested in AbleJobs, an India-based platform that helps companies recruit entry-level non-tech deployable talent.

AbleJobs was founded in 2019. It aims to help graduates get jobs in areas of sales, operations, marketing, finance and other sectors.

“With the mission of eliminating youth unemployment, Able Jobs provides opportunities for non-IT new graduates to improve their business skills on the app,” the group stated. “The main users are students with 0 to 3 years of working experience and young working people, mainly through the provision of skill improvement training and employment support services necessary for operations such as sales, sales, marketing, and finance. We are trying to solve the gap in hiring needs.”

“We aim to contribute to the improvement of Quality of Life in India by solving issues in the field of human resources, as well as to the development and supply of high-quality non-IT human resources, and to expand our business in India,” the group stated.

MyNavi said it will continue to invest in companies that provide optimal solutions in the areas of education, employment and human resource development, and support their growth.

Details of the investment were not disclosed.
