Americas – Randstad appoints MSP and VMS Vice President

Randstad Sourceright yesterday announced the appointment of JoAnne Estrada, a global talent acquisition executive with nearly two decades of experience in the staffing and recruiting industry, to the position of Vice President of Professional Services.

In her new role, Ms Estrada will be responsible for the management and leadership of the company's Managed Services Provider (MSP) solutions and Vendor Management Systems (VMS) implementation activities. Managing the company's Americas team, she will work to ensure consistency with the APAC and EMEA divisions, while delivering continuous improvement of the company's implementation strategy.

Prior to joining Randstad Sourceright, Ms Estrada served as global procurement manager for Contingent Workforce at BP in the company's Indirect Procurement department. In this role, she was responsible for developing and deploying the overall strategy from sourcing to the management of the MSP buying channel. Ms Estrada previously spent 10 years in contingent workforce outsourcing, having provided program management on behalf of numerous Fortune 500 customers and managed the implementation and deployment of global programs. These deployments included developing processes and implementing best practices for successful contingent workforce management.
