SIA Announces 2022 ‘Best Staffing Firms to Work For’

Firms Recognized For Their Strong Culture

Mountain View, California – March 2, 2022 – Winners of the 2022 Best Staffing Firms to Work For awards for North America were announced today by Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA), the global advisor on staffing and workforce solutions, during Executive Forum North America held in Austin, Texas. The Best Staffing Firms to Work For 2022 awards are sponsored by Sense.

The winners comprise those companies that had the highest scores of the contest categories, and the Grand Prize Winners reflect the highest scoring organizations. Roth Staffing Companies, L.P., a California-based firm, took the top spot for North American staffing firms with over 500 employees. ALKU was named the leading organization for the third year in a row for firms with 201-500 employees; LiquidAgents Healthcare ranked as first for firms with 51-200 employees for the second year running; RK Management Consultants, Inc. (RKMC) was the top scoring firm for companies with 21- 50 employees; and Averity Holdings, Inc. was in first position for firms with 10-20 employees. LABUR was named as the Best Staffing Firm to Temp For Grand Prize Winner, having also taken the top honor in 2019.

For the UK, Trinnovo Group landed the leading position for over 50 employees, while Unite People Ltd. secured the Grand Prize for firms with 10 to 50 employees. Sigmar Recruitment won for the Best Staffing Firms to Work For in Ireland for the second time in a row.

Close to 300 firms sought participation in the program this year, which was conducted by SIA in conjunction with Quantum Workplace, an Omaha, NE-based company. Internal employees at each firm were asked to complete an online survey that measured key engagement categories, focusing on items including teamwork, trust in senior leaders, diversity and inclusion, manager effectiveness, compensation and benefits. Key findings from the survey results are covered in SIA’s industry research.

In order to gather statistically sound results, participating companies must have reached a minimum level of participation. Companies were ranked in each size category according to their overall score. Winners were chosen based entirely on the survey results. There is no charge for participation and companies completing the survey receive a report highlighting their firm’s results.

A recognition event to honor the winning firms is also being held as part of the annual Executive Forum North America. The Best Staffing Firms To Work/Temp For website will debut the 2022 winners later this month, and companies are featured in the March/April issue of Staffing Industry Review magazine.
