SIA Announces List of Diversity Staffing Firms

Mountain View, California — October 25, 2016 — Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA), the global advisor on staffing and workforce solutions, has announced its 2016 List of US Diversity Staffing Firms. The report lists 133 US companies that self-identify as being woman-owned, minority-owned or under other diversity ownership, with 86 firms owned by women, 58 minority-owned firms, ten veteran-owned firms and four Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) firms represented.

The report is divided into three sections according to size by 2015 staffing revenue as follows: companies with more than $100 million in revenue (20), firms with between $10 million and $100 million in revenue (68) and firms with less than $10 million in revenue (45). The companies with over $100 million in revenue are listed in order of revenue size, while companies in the other two sections appear in alphabetical order.

“The workforce solutions ecosystem is markedly enhanced by the talent and solutions provided by these staffing firms,” said Barry Asin, President of SIA. “Inclusion and diversity are integral to competitive and sustainable organizations, and it is inspiring to see such strong leadership creating value for business as well as for society."
