Over the years, Staffing Industry Analysts' (SIA) buyer and MSP/VMS workforce solution research has consistently found that a significant element of SOW management is inherently part of the CW program management portfolio of managed spend. In SIA’s MSP/VMS Competitive Landscape research initiative, workforce solution providers reported that contingent workforce spend on SOW projects and services ranges up near twenty percent with continuing strong, year-over-year growth.
