Construction hiring is once again booming on the heels of a broad-based economic recovery, The Wall Street Journal reported. The construction sector added 61,000 jobs in February, the biggest one-month gain in nearly 11 years, according to the Labor Department. Several factors are driving up employment in the blue-collar field, though it still hasn’t fully recovered jobs lost during the housing crisis and subsequent recession a decade ago.
