Saggezza, a Chicago-based global technology solutions provider, acquired Milwaukee-based Omni Resources.

Omni is an IT consulting, talent and software development firm; its offerings include technical staffing. The acquisition augments Saggezza’s Midwestern presence with new geographies and more technical expertise.

The firms target the insurance and manufacturing industries. The transaction closed March 15; terms were not disclosed.

Omni will continue to operate from its Milwaukee office as Omni, a Saggezza company. The majority of Omni’s staff will remain with the company.

Saggezza employs more than 600 consultants across the US, UK and India. Omni counts more than 50 consultants across Wisconsin.
