Healthcare staffing firm Aya Healthcare announced that its Qualivis division struck a deal to acquire the Ohio Hospital Association’s workforce solutions program.

Terms of the transaction are not being announced, but the deal is expected to close Dec. 1.

Qualivis has both MSP and VMS clients, and the Ohio Hospital Association’s workforce solutions program has traditionally offered VMS services, according to Aya Healthcare.

Qualivis is part of San Diego-based Aya Healthcare’s Lotus Workforce Solutions brands, which also include Symmetry and Healthcare Select.
