Travel nurse staffing firm RNnetwork named Lynne Gross as its president. Gross joined the firm in 2011 and has held a variety of leadership positions, including director and vice president. RNnetwork is part of healthcare staffing firm CHG.

The National Association of Locum Tenens Organizations reported that John Daniel of Alliance Recruiting Resources was elected president for a one-year term. Matt Erickson of LocumTenens.com was selected as president-elect. NALTO also announced two new board members: Edward Panella of Hayes Locums and Joseph Caldwell of Western Healthcare. In addition, Andrea Boehme-Hernandez of Medstaff was re-elected to the board.

Hayes Locums named Ryan Scharer to the newly created position of chief operating officer. Scharer had previously served as VP of sales at the Fort Lauderdale, Florida-based healthcare staffing firm. He will serve as strategic partner to President and CEO John Hayes.

Jackson Healthcare, an Atlanta-based provider of healthcare staffing, appointed Josh Berman as VP of corporate development. Previously, Berman led Jackson Healthcare-backed nonprofit Connecting Kids With Care; the organization that connects a network of medical organizations and professionals who donate their time to serve orphans and other underserved people. He will continue to serve as general manager of Connecting Kids With Care.
