Cross Country exec elected NATHO board president

Cross Country Healthcare Inc. (NASD: CCRN) announced that Wendi Dusseault, its executive VP of travel nursing, was elected president of the National Association of Travel Healthcare Organization’s board of directors, effective Feb. 1. Dusseault has served on NATHO’s board since 2014, and as treasurer since May 2016.

Founded in 2008 to promote ethical business practices in the travel healthcare industry, NATHO is a nonprofit association of travel healthcare organizations that strives to define an industrywide gold standard of conduct on behalf of both travel healthcare candidates and clients.

At Cross Country, Dusseault oversees brands targeting travel RNs, LPNs, surgical techs and dialysis techs. These brands include: Cross Country TravCorps, NovaPro and MedStaff. She also manages the credentialing and compliance department.
