“Andrea has brought a wealth of healthcare staffing experience and a winning temperament to Cirrus Medical, and I’m confident that through her leadership and integrity, we will continue to strengthen our position as a leading provider of quality clinicians,” said Ottiger.

Charlotte, NC-based Cirrus Medical Staffing places travel nursing and allied healthcare professionals. It reported revenue of $40 million in 2015.

He is also a board member of the National Association of Travel Healthcare Organizations, a nonprofit association of travel healthcare organizations, and a certified personnel consultant with the National Association of Personnel Services.

“Bill has extensive operational expertise, a consistent track record for getting results and getting them with a high level of integrity,” said CEO Jeff Bowling. “Bill being promoted to COO provides a solid platform for continued growth, while ensuring our industry-leading customer experience and internal culture will continue to flourish.”

Established in 1997, The Delta Companies counts about 220 internal staff. Its business unit Delta Locum Tenens ranks as the eighth-largest US provider of locum tenens.

“As a founder, Lisa has been a constant force in the direction of the company,” said President Chris Franklin. “She has an internal compass that simply always points to the right thing to do. Lisa has left not only an indelible mark on the company, but also on the lives of those of us who have had the good fortune of calling her our teammate, manager, mentor, partner or friend.“

Thill will oversee several key teams in the company, including its psychiatry, neurology, government and advanced practice teams.

“Over the last 17 years, Kevin Thill has been integral to the growth of our company,” Franklin said. “Like everything he does, he has taken on each new challenge head on and made a positive impact. Beloved by the teams he leads, Kevin is a great example of achieving success by putting people first.”
