World of Talents, a Belgian-based HR group announced its first-ever acquisition in Germany with medical and nursing HR specialist easyCare.

The deal marks a significant milestone in World of Talents’ ongoing pan-European expansion and strengthens the group’s position in the care sector.

EasyCare, based in Karlsruhe, Germany is focused on medical and nursing professionals. The company has a broad operating base and deploys over 150 care professionals nationwide in Germany.

World of Talents said that by tapping into the growth potential of the important German staffing market, it seeks to further scale its unique HR proposition.
