World – Randstad introduces new executive leadership team, CEO of Randstad Global Businesses to retire

08 September 2022

Randstad today announced a new executive leadership team which includes appointments for Chief Operating Officer and Chief Talent Officer.

Randstad also announced that Rebecca Henderson, CEO Randstad Global Businesses and executive board member, will retire.

According to Randstad, the new executive leadership team will aim to be more closely aligned with today’s global talent communities and set the new standard in client centricity by further digitising and harmonising client service delivery. The leadership team roles have all been filled by internal appointments/promotions.

“The ability to offer specialised services to both clients and talent will help accelerate the impact that Randstad can have on the working lives of people around the world,” the group stated.

Sander van ‘t Noordende, Chief Executive Officer, said, “When I began as CEO of Randstad this year, it was clear that the world of work is rapidly changing and we needed to address three key challenges. First, scarcity has put talent firmly in the lead. Second, securing the right talent is the number one priority of our clients. And third, our industry is digitising at speed. With this new Executive Leadership Team we are taking a first critical step in addressing these challenges at scale, ensuring Randstad remains a strategic partner for its clients and becomes a partner of choice for global talent.”

All appointments stated below will be effective as of 1 January 2023 and the tiered governance of the Executive Board and Supervisory Board will remain unchanged.

“We are very thankful for all of Rebecca’s contributions to Randstad and recognize the tremendous impact she has had on our clients, talent, and employees. I have no doubt that she will continue to make a positive impact for women in the workplace,” said van ‘t Noordende.
