Apps IT, a specialist provider of independent Oracle consultants in the UK, Europe and North America to large multi-national clients, announced that it has completed its management buy-out.

Deal price and terms were not disclosed.

Founded in 2001 and based in Kent, Apps IT is a provider of independent Oracle consultants in the UK, Europe and North America, supporting large multi-national clients in their Oracle resource needs.

Human Capital sector specialist M&A advisor Boxington Corporate Finance advised the shareholders of Apps IT on the completion of its management buy-out supported by private equity firm Collective Capital Limited. CCI is a private company investing in UK SMEs. With support from CCI, Apps IT, based in Kent, will accelerate growth plans across North America and continue to provide its 13,000 consultants with access to the most prestigious Oracle projects globally.

Apps IT Founder-Directors Moore and Phil Coles led the management buy-out and will continue in their current roles managing Apps IT. Founder-Director, Kevin Houghton, will leave Apps IT to focus on other business ventures following completion.
