London-based staffing firm Your World Recruitment Group has completed the acquisitions of three businesses: Healthcare Solution Services, Robinson Medical Recruitment, and Medic Now.

Financial details for the acquisitions were not disclosed.

Healthcare Solutions Services, based in England, specialises in the placement of healthcare staff into prisons and other secure settings.

Lisa Eastwell, who founded the company and will stay on as managing director, commented, “This is a fantastic way for HSS to continue growing and give our clients within the healthcare sector a stronger service. Our team looks forward to using the scale and capability of YWRG to drive further growth for HSS.”

Scotland-based Robinson Medical Recruitment specialises in placing temporary and permanent clinical staff and carers into NHS and private sector healthcare facilities throughout Scotland. The company was established 15 years ago and has offices in Edinburgh and Glasgow.

Healthcare recruitment specialist Medic Now, also based in England, specialises in the placement of paramedics and other ambulance staff into the NHS and private sector and was founded in 2011.

David Cranmer, founder of Medic Now, commented, “Your World will be a great fit for Medic Now and I am sure with access to their resources and expertise the business will continue to grow.”

Simon Taylor, Group managing director for Your World Recruitment Group, commented on the three acquisitions.
