Sopra Steria’s UK recruitment subsidiary unveiled its new identity today as it rebranded to Intelligent Resource.

In June 2019 Sopra Steria agreed to sell 100% of its recruitment subsidiary in the UK to Resource Solutions Group.

The company said its rebrand marks “the end of the Sopra Steria Recruitment brand as the organisation surges forward to realise its future vision.” However, it added that former parent company, Sopra Steria, remains a key client of Intelligent Resource.

Intelligent Resource also announced that Karen Alexander was promoted to the position of Managing Director, a post which she has held since July 2019. Alexander originally joined the business in 1999 as a New Business Consultant and most recently was sales and delivery director.

The company’s former Managing Director, Pete Holliday, has been promoted to the post of Executive Chairman.

Intelligent Resource also announced that James Hallett has been appointed as Client Solutions Director, where he will take ownership of developing and deploying advanced solutions which enable customers to drive efficiencies and mitigate risk.

“While the company’s core values remain unchanged, Intelligent Resource’s future aspirations and strategy are fixed around extending and creating new opportunities while extending solutions for existing clients,” the company stated.

 “Intelligent Resource remains a wholly owned company and autonomous legal entity within Resource Solutions Group, while benefiting from the group’s sector experience and shared infrastructure support,” the company stated
