The Serocor Group, a recruitment and human capital management solutions group announced that it has acquired Orson Consulting, a recruitment, HR, and technology consulting group based in Germany.

Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

Serocor said the acquisition of Orson will further enhance the group’s STEM (science, technology, engineering and maths) recruitment capabilities.

The acquisition will also contribute to Serocor’s long term global expansion, something which Group CEO, Mike Gawthorne, believes to be a key factor to the longevity and continued growth of the Serocor Group.

“Orson will instantly enhance our international capabilities - something which we are advancing with at a rapid rate,” Gawthorne said. “This complements our growing presence not only in the UK but the UAE and India.”
