The founder and CEO of Alexander Mann Solutions, Rosaleen Blair, was recognised in the New Year’s Honours List by being appointed a Commander of the British Empire (CBE) for her services to business and recruitment.

Blair founded her company, which now employs almost 3,000 people, in 1996 and has led the business through a management buyout and three private equity relationships.
