Resource Solutions Group is rebranding to Sanderson, the firm announced Monday. The Bristol-based company’s teams and four divisions will remain intact, but they will operate under the Sanderson name.

The move will help to mitigate confusion in the market with Robert Walter’s RPO and MSP brand, Resource Solutions.

Sanderson is making the change as it passes the £500 million turnover mark. The firm ranks No. 78 on Staffing Industry Analysts’ recently released Largest Global Staffing Firms list.

Managing Director Jon Ball said the rebranding is aimed at “streamlining the client and candidate experience so they can seamlessly access the breadth of experience and recruitment expertise from across the group.”

The four divisions impacted by the rebrand include:

• The business operations currently known as Sanderson, which specialise in IT, business change and professional services.
• Resource Management, which provides RPO and MSP solutions.
• FirstPerson Executive, which provides executive search and headhunting services.
• Intelligent Consulting, which provides interim resourcing solutions through the delivery of packaged teams and a consultancy offering.

Sanderson’s recent expansion has included the acquisition of Sopra Steria’s UK recruitment business in 2019, and the acquisition of a substantial shareholding in iKas, a London-based recruitment business, which also has offices in Hong Kong, Singapore and Sydney.
