UK – REC signs deal with ADVANCE

07 April 2016

The Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) has signed a deal with ADVANCE to provide specialist umbrella employment, accountancy and sub-contracting solutions to its members and their contractor candidates.

As part of the deal struck with the REC, ADVANCE is offering REC members a free one-hour telephone consultation on new travel and subsistence and salary sacrifice legislation, which came into effect on 6 April.

“We are always striving to provide our members with the tools they need to run their businesses successfully,” REC chief executive Kevin Green said. “We strongly advise our members to only work with contractor services organisations who have earned FCSA accreditation, so we’re delighted to be able to point them in the direction of ADVANCE.”

“We’re excited to be joining the REC business partnership scheme at this crucial time for the contract and temporary recruitment sector,” Shaun Critchley, ADVANCE joint managing director, said. “We look forward to helping REC members navigate their way safely through the changes in legislation.”

Founded in 2010, ADVANCE is the only provider to have passed Freelancer & Contractor Services Association (FCSA) compliance audits for limited company, umbrella and self-employed/CIS solutions.
