Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC) has announced that Dains LLP has joined its business partnership programme.

Dains LLP is an accountancy firm providing tax, accounting and business advisory services to entrepreneurs and their businesses. REC states that Dains brings specialist experience relevant to the recruitment sector.

“By bringing Dains on board we’re connecting our members to a team who can provide impartial professional and technical support with the complex world of tax and accountancy,” REC Chief Executive Kevin Green said. “We’re looking forward to working with Dains to enhance our specialist legal support offering to recruiters.”

 “Rapid and significant regulatory change, particularly in relation to tax, continues to prove a major burden for recruitment businesses and we already support a large number of REC members so they can address these requirements with a level of commercial reality whilst maintaining compliance,” Head of Employment Services at Dains, Samantha Davies, said. “Business partnership with the REC is the ‘icing on the cake’ for us, providing a platform to more widely demonstrate our commitment to the sector.”

Dains LLP is regulated by the Institute of Chartered Accountants for England and Wales (ICAEW).
