Privately owned staffing firm Nurture People Limited is the latest company to be acquired by staffing firm Pertemps Recruitment Partnership Limited. The move comes shortly after Ashton Consulting (UK) Ltd and Fishtank Recruitment Solutions Limited merged with Pertemps on 8 August 2011 for an undisclosed sum.
 
Middlesex-based (near London) Nurture People operates from five locations and has over 100 staff focusing on the IT, Education, Healthcare and Energy markets.

Nurture's Chairman, Darren Browne, commented "I am absolutely delighted to be joining forces with Pertemps. Their systems and technology platform are simply world class and can help me and my team to achieve our ambitions for the Nurture Group."

The acquisition was completed on 17 August 2011. Deal metrics were not made available.
