Specialist technology staffing company Parity Group announced yesterday that Alan Rommel has resigned as Chief Operating Officer and as a Board Director with immediate effect.

Rommel was COO from February 2019 and prior to that was CEO of the company from September 2015. He is leaving the firm to pursue other interests.

Parity said it has expressed its gratitude to Rommel for his long service with the company and wishes him well for the future.

The group did not immediately announce a replacement for the role.

Last week, Parity provided a trading update and said its revenue will be impacted by the non-renewal of a framework contract it has with the Scottish government for the placement of staff.
