London-based executive search and recruitment firm Norman Broadbent has appointed Mike Brennan as group chief executive officer effective immediately.

Brennan has more than 20 years of experience in the global executive recruitment market and previously served as Director & Global Client Partner/Global Head of Executive Talent & Competitive Intelligence of Alexander Mann Solutions from February 2013. He also co-founded and served as CEO of Human Capital Resources.

Current executive chairman, Scanes Bentley, will revert to the nonexecutive chairman role with immediate effect.
