Specialist healthcare recruiter, MSI Group has announced that it will merge its community nursing brand, NRS Global, with its wider healthcare recruitment brand, MSI Recruitment, in response to changing market needs.

 This move comes after research found that 86% of clients and candidates confirmed it was ‘confusing’ that MSI Group operated through two competing brands.

While NRS Global will continue to operate as a specialist community nursing team within MSI Recruitment, candidates and clients will now have single point of contact.

“The healthcare recruitment landscape has changed significantly in recent months, most notably due to the introduction of rate caps on agency staff, mandatory framework usage and a requirement for weekly reporting,” MSI Group CEO, Nick Simpson, said. “As a result of these developments, pay rates now differ very little between community and acute nursing roles. By bringing NRS Global under the MSI Recruitment banner, we are able to offer clients a more streamlined and transparent offering which better responds to their current staffing requirements.
