Langley Search and Interim, a London-based specialist recruiter in Procurement and Supply Chain, announced a management buy-out by three directors.

The three directors involved in the buy-out are Michael Babatunde, Nathan Ramsay and Wis Amarasinghe.

Langley Search and Interim founder Christina Langley will remain as consultant to the business until 2021 as part of the MBO deal.

“It has always been my vision to hand over the business at the appropriate time and the management team have my full confidence and backing to build on the legacy that has been created,” Langley said. “I truly believe they have the skills, passion and dedication to take the business to even greater success and it will be an honour to continue working with Langley in a very much, hands-on capacity”.

No further financial details were disclosed.

Langley Search and Interim describes itself as a niche recruitment partner in procurement and supply chain. The company works with blue chips, privately owned businesses, the public sector and start-ups across all sectors.
