Kingdom Services Group announced that it acquired Manchester-based Contact Industrial Recruitment.

The price of the transaction was not disclosed.

Founded in 1997, Contact Recruitment specialises in the recruitment sectors of driving, industrial, waste and recycling and managed services.

“With an extensive portfolio of loyal clients, Contact looks forward to using the Kingdom platform to develop further future recruitment growth throughout the UK,” the company stated.

The Contact acquisition continues the strategic expansion plans of Kingdom. The integration of Contact will result in a new recruitment service called Kingdom Recruitment.

Kingdom was established in 1993 and is privately-run and family owned. The company specialises in recruitment, security solutions, facilities management, and environmental protection within the UK, Ireland and South.
