UK – Healthcare staffing firm Hallam Medical in management buy-out

02 November 2020

Hallam Medical, a healthcare staffing business based in Sheffield, England, has undergone a management buy-out backed by ABN Amro. With the deal, private equity firm Key Capital Partners has exited its investment. Key Capital had backed Hallan in April 2014 with a £3.3 million investment.

“It has been a pleasure to work with Deborah, Alex Munro and the team during the last few years,” said Philip Duquenoy, a partner at Key Capital Partners. “The management team did an excellent job navigating rapidly changing market conditions and I wish them well for the future.”

Hallam provides nurses including advanced nurse practitioners, community care specialists and telephone triage clinical advisors.

The company was founded in 2007.
