UK – Gibbs S3 reports record revenue for 2016

02 February 2017

Gibbs S3 Hybrid Workforce Solutions, a privately-held Surrey-based staffing and workforce management consultancy business reported an increase in revenue for its UK operations to £58 million, a growth of 19% when compared £49.3 million last year.

Last year, Gibbs S3 secured four FTSE 100 client contracts. As a result, Gibbs saw a 36% increase year-on-year in the number of consultants joining the company to help fulfil the number of contract wins.  The company also saw a 43% increase in its own staff in 2016.

“We are very proud to have won some significant FTSE 100 clients, who took a leap of faith in working with us,” CEO Farida Gibbs said. “My philosophy is not wanting to be the biggest company in our industry, but wanting to be the most respected and these wins signify that.”

“These results reflect the innovation Gibbs S3 brings to the marketplace,” CFO Michael Everest, said. “I am certain we will see a continued upward trajectory again this year.”

Gibbs S3 expects to see continued growth throughout 2017, having launched a new Corporate Social Responsibility programme, supporting four charities and an apprenticeship scheme.

Gibbs S3 partners with US staffing specialist S3 and the combined group’s global revenue for 2016 reached $321 million (£302.9 million), an increase of 19% compared to the prior year.
