Rail recruitment specialist Ford & Stanley has undergone a management buyout in the seven-figure range, Insider Media reported. The Derby, England-based firm has annual turnover of more than £10 million across its Ford & Stanley Recruitment, Talentwise and Genius Performance divisions; it was founded by Peter and Kate Schofield who will continue to play a "meaningful" role in the business.
