Ezy Group, a Midlands-based recruitment support services group, has completed the acquisition of Flo Software Solutions Ltd from Brookfield Rose Group.

Flo is cloud-based software system designed and built specifically for the temporary recruitment industry. The end-to-end system manages candidates, bookings, timesheets, AWR, consolidates data for invoices and payroll and ensures candidate compliance including right-to-work checks.

Ezy Group, will grow their headcount, and take over Flo’s office in Knutsford, Cheshire.

“We are delighted to now be operating in the recruitment software market,” Ezy Group director Nathan Golby said. “It is something we have been looking to do for some time and Flo is the perfect business for us.”

The software brand will add to the group’s current offering of payroll, accountancy and funding for temporary recruitment agencies.

“The acquisition perfectly complements our growth strategy and plans to diversify our services and products for the recruitment industry,” Alex Sutherland, also director of Ezy Group, said.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
