Castlerock Recruitment Group (‘CRG’), a healthcare recruitment agency based in Merseyside, UK, announced that it has acquired London-based recruitment firm Healthcare Locums.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed but CRG stated that it is set to achieve revenue in excess of £130 million per annum following the acquisition of HCL.

HCL operates across the UK with a presence served from India, Italy and the Philippines. Services will continue to operate from its current branch structure and will retain its brand presence.

CRG was founded in 2000. The company specialises in the supply of nurses, healthcare staff, medical locums, GPs, allied health professionals and health science services staff, together with providing domiciliary care services and supported living.
