UK – Arrows Group Global and ICG medical reach £100 million turnover milestone

03 May 2016

Arrows Group, a UK-based International Technology, Media & Telecommunications and Healthcare recruitment services company, and ICG Medical, its holding company for the healthcare sector, have passed £100 million in sales in 2016.

Founders of Arrows Group Global and ICG Medical, James Parsons and Adrian Treacy set up the businesses in 2003, now employing over 300 staff across multiple offices around the world.

“This is a huge milestone for us and all of our staff and one that we are very proud of,” Parsons said. “Both Arrows Group Global and ICG Medical have grown into dominating forces within their chosen, niche sectors and we have adapted and innovated to deliver a wide range of services to our customers and grow with them as a result.”

“We believe our journey has really only just started as a business,” Treacy said. “Through a combination of foresight and the luck any startup needs, we have been able to build two very successful businesses over the past 13 years.  It hasn’t been plain sailing as we coped with the fragility of the European and global economies at times.  But thanks to a continued focus on values and employee empowerment, these have proved to be the cornerstones of our DNA that we believe will enable both businesses to become £100 million businesses in their own right.

Arrows Group launched ICG Medical as a holding company for its healthcare sector operating brands, Imperial Medical Staffing and Cromwell Medical Staffing, in March 2015.
