Approach Personnel acquired recruitment firm Elizabeth Michael Associates, the companies announced last week. The acquisition amount was in the seven figures, and the deal took immediate effect.

Elizabeth Michael Associates was founded in 1991 by John Hyde. Its headquarters is in Nottingham.

Approach Personnel was founded in 2007 by Adam Charlesworth; it supplies labour in construction, civil engineering, shopfitting, interiors, office and industrial. It has offices in Leeds, Manchester, London, Nottingham and Birmingham.
