Airswift, a staffing provider for the energy, process and infrastructure sectors, announced that Janette Marx would become new group CEO.

Marx, who previously COO of Airswift, will take over the reins from Peter Searle.

Prior to joining Airswift, Marx held the role of Senior VP of Adecco Staffing USA for the Adecco Group. She has an MBA from Duke University. She was featured on Staffing Industry Analysts Global Power 100 – Women in Staffing for 2017.

Searle will take on the role of Executive Chairman.
