The zvoove Group, a Germany-based provider of digitisation solutions for staffing and cleaning service providers in Europe has acquired RecruitNow, an online recruitment specialist for temporary employment, recruitment and selection agencies and secondment agencies.

Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

With the agreement, RecruitNow aims to strengthen and expand its current top position in the Dutch ATS (Applicant Tracking System) market. The group noted that ATS solutions play a vital role for flex companies in managing and automating the hiring process.

Based in Amersfoort, RecruitNow focuses on optimising the recruitment process and provides overview, clarity and effectiveness.

The zvoove Group provides SaaS (Software as a Solution) services for flex companies and cleaning companies in Europe. The company employs 400 people over 13 locations in Europe.
