Discussions over a possible acquisition of UK-based staffing firm Impellam Group plc by HeadFirst Global bv remain ongoing. The firms had set 29 November as a deadline for HeadFirst to make a deal, but that has now been extended to 5 December.

Talks are at an “advanced stage,” but there’s still no firm intention to make an offer, Impellam reported in a regulatory filing on 29 November. The UK-based global staffing firm is discussing a possible sale to HeadFirst Global bv. Talks began this summer with several deadlines set for a potential offer.

There remains no guarantee at this time that HeadFirst will make an offer to buy Impellam.
