Randstad named Swiss International Air Lines as the most attractive employer in Switzerland. It was followed by Zurich Airport in second place and Patek Philippe in third place.

“It is important to us that we establish a strong employer brand which allows us not only to retain our talented personnel but also to inspire the managers of the future,” said Christoph Ulrich, head of HR at the airline. “This first place shows that our efforts are bearing fruit.”

Randstad also inducted Google Switzerland into the Randstad Award Hall of Fame, the first recipient of this honour. The Hall of Fame honors outstanding Employer Branding achievements and Google Switzerland have won the Randstad Award repeatedly in the last few years.
