15 July 2019

Swiss recruitment group Interiman Group reported turnover of CHF 165 million (€149 million) for the first half of 2019, an increase of 10.4% when compared to the same period last year.

Interiman Group, founded in 1998, recruits and selects candidates for the tertiary sector, for fixed and temporary positions.

Interiman Group opened two new branches in the spring of 2019 (Nyon and Montreux), and plans to open an agency in St. Gallen shortly, which will bring the number of branches to 65.

The group will also launch two new subsidiaries: Syentec SA, which will focus exclusively on the recruitment and placement of ‘highly qualified’ specialists in the life sciences and engineering sector, and Switzerland Payroll Services SA, specialising in salary porting.

Robin Gordon, CEO of Interiman Group, commented, “These two new subsidiaries will complement our range of HR services, and will strengthen our positioning as a global HR provider, which we call RH 360. We cover all HR needs of companies, offering services covering the entire business cycle, the life cycle of the employee, his commitment (recruitment), his development (coaching and continuing education) and his career transition (counseling and outplacement).”

In addition to fixed and temporary recruitment services, the company is also active in training, HR outsourcing, outplacement and consulting.
