French staffing firm DLSI announced that through its subsidiary Pemsa, it has acquired Swiss-based employment agency Multi Personnel.

The effective date of the transaction was 1 November 2019. The price of the transaction was not disclosed.

DLSI said that Multi Personnel, which had revenue of CHF 8 million (€7.2 million) in 2018, offers a great opportunity in terms of diversification for customers and business. The group added that it will enable Pemsa to exceed CHF 66 million (€60.0 million) in revenue.

Multi Personnel offers temporary staffing, recruitment and placement services and has locations in Geneva and Lausanne.

“By consolidating its presence in the cities of Geneva, the financial centre of Switzerland, and Lausanne, DLSI Group opens up new growth prospects,” the company stated. “This new operation in 2019 confirms the group's ambitions to become a major player in the field of temporary employment and recruitment.”
