Swiss recruiter Adecco has appointed David Hancock as the new head of the company’s investor relations unit. He will take the lead of the investor relations team at the beginning of June 2013 and will be responsible for communication to the financial markets and competitive analysis. 

Mr Hancock will report to the group’s chief financial officer, Dominik de Daniel. He joins the firm from Morgan Stanley, where he has most recently worked as executive director and head of the European business services team during which time, he covered Adecco and other European staffing stocks. Mr Hancock, a chartered financial analyst, will be based at Adecco's global headquarters in Zurich, Switzerland.

Current head of investor relations, Karin Selfors-Thomann, will stay within the Adecco Group and join the leadership team at Pontoon, Adecco’s contingent workforce solution (or ‘MSP’), recruitment process outsourcing (‘RPO’) and workforce consulting business. Ms Selfors-Thomann will take on the role of SVP head of Sales North America for MSP Solutions at Pontoon, and will be based in the US.
