Swedish healthcare and education staffing firm NGS Group has signed an agreement to acquire SOURCE Executive Recruitment Sweden AB, an executive search firm, for SEK 30 million (€3.0 million) in cash. 

NGS Group has also agreed to acquire Swedish recruitment firm Klona Rekrytering AB for SEK 3 million (€0.3 million).

The group stated that the transactions will allow it to expand its services and geographic market coverage, and will broaden and strengthen its supply chain solutions business segment.

Earlier this year, NGS Group acquired consulting firm SocionomUthyrning i Sverige AB (Social Work Rentals) with an effective purchase date of 2 May 2017.

Revenue at NGS Group for the first quarter of 2017 stood at SEK 156.0 million (€16.1 million), up 6.1% from the previous year.

No further details of the transaction were disclosed.
