Swedish recruitment services firm Hedera Group announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Johan Sandström as CEO of Hedera Group. 

Sandström will take up his position as CEO on 6 January 2020.

In May 2019 outgoing CEO Maria Nordin announced that she had resigned from her role but will remain until Sandtröm assumes the role in January 2020.

Sandström’s most recent role was at health clinic Cereb AB where he was CEO. He previously held roles at Randstad Sweden, Hudson Global Resources, Heidrick & Struggles and Michaël Berglund Executive Search AB.

“I'm happy to get the opportunity to develop Hedera and at the same time create growth and success with customers and employees,” Sandström said.

Earlier this month Hedera Group announced that it has appointed Per J Levin as its new CFO.

The company reported revenue for the third quarter ended 30 September 2019 of SEK 59.5 million (€5.5 million), a decrease of 5.5% compared to last year.
