Swedish recruitment firm Hedera Group (HEGR:SS) acquired nurse staffing firm Addus Care AB, from owner Maria Nordin for SEK 10 million (€1.1 million). 

Addus Care was founded in 2015 by Nordin and provides crew nurses with annual turnover of approximately SEK 30 million (€3.4 million). It has customers in both county councils, municipalities and private healthcare providers.

Synergies and cost savings are estimated to amount to more than SEK 3 million (€338,000).

Hedera aims to grow by 20% annually through a combination of organic growth and acquisitions. In the fourth quarter, the company reported revenue of SEK 37.4 million (€3.7 million), a decrease of 27% compared to the previous year.
