Randstad Spain announced its hiring forecasts for the 2019 Holy Week and expects to generate 198,980 contracts across the country, an increase of 7% compared to the Easter campaign last year and the highest amount of contracts on record.

Holy Week in Spain this year begins 14 April 2019 and lasts until 19 April 2019.

The hospitality, transport and entertainment sectors are set to see an increase of 7% compared to 2018.

Randstad highlighted that this year recruitment is expected to grow in all regions during the Easter campaign.

That's why companies demand flexibility, especially in sectors where demand is especially seasonal, such as hotels or tourism.”
