Madrid-based digital temp staffing marketplace Jobandtalent announced that it acquired two temporary staffing firms based in Colombia, Su Temporal and Servi-Oportunos.

Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

Su Temporal is based in Bogota and provides temporary staffing and outsourcing services.

Servi-Oportunos is also based in Bogota and specialises in the administration of HR and in outsourcing of selection and supply of personnel. Additionally the company manages payrolls.

Jobandtalent was founded in 2009 by entrepreneurs Juan Urdiales and Felipe Navío, based in Madrid, Jobandtalent claims it is the only digital ETT (temporary employment agency) on the market. It currently operates in Spain, the UK, Germany, Sweden, France, Mexico and Colombia.

Jobandtalent’s ‘Workforce as a Service (WaaS)’ platform is the company’s proprietary job matching technology which connects businesses and job-seekers in “record time”.
