Eurofirms, the Spain-based temporary employment and human resources firm with operations in both Spain and Portugal, announced that it has acquired Mallorca-based online job search platform Forempresa.

Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed. The acquisition does not include Forempresa’s Foundation for Training and Research which will continue to be owned by former Forempresa General Director Jordi Mora.

Founded in 2006, Forempresa specialises in business training services and talent development consulting.

In August 2019, Eurofirms finalised the acquisition of Barcelona-based Job Digital Networks, which owns online job search platform CornerJob.

Eurofirms reported full year revenue of €386 million in 2018, a 10% increase compared to €351 million in 2017.
