Adcorp Holdings Ltd. (ADR: JSE), the South Africa-based workforce management solutions group, announced that it has appointed Talib Sadik as interim CFO of Adcorp with effect from 18 November 2019.

The announcement follows the company’s appointment of previous CFO Cheryl-Jane Kujenga as interim CEO who took on the role after Innocent Dutiro resigned as the CEO of Adcorp in October 2019.

The appointment of Sadik will enable Kujenga to focus on her role as interim CEO.

Sadik is a chartered accountant and previously held executive positions at DeBeers Group Services, Denel SOC and Basil Read. He currently serves on the Boards of Denel SOC and SITA SOC.

Adcorp added that its shareholders will be advised as soon as the appointment of a permanent CEO and CFO have been finalised.
